By accessing or using The Afternoon Clarity Protocol™ app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Afternoon Clarity Protocol™ is a subscription-based wellness app that provides guided audio sessions, breathing exercises, and habit tracking tools designed to support afternoon mental clarity and focus.
The App is offered on a subscription basis at $2.99/month or $26.99/year. A 3-day free trial is included with all new subscriptions. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before day 4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
If you are not satisfied with the App within 14 days of your first charge, contact us at support@gardeningformyfuture.com for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Afternoon Clarity Protocol™ is a wellness tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The content in this app is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness routine, particularly if you have any medical conditions. Cold water exposure carries risks — use caution and consult your doctor if you have cardiovascular conditions or other health concerns.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content within the App, including audio, text, graphics, and the 5-5-5 and 2-2-5 protocol methodology, is the intellectual property of Blue Pinnacle LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Pinnacle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
